Dubai Hills hospitals, clinics and pharmacies: where to find care in the district

Dubai Hills has a 100-bed multidisciplinary hospital, with plans to expand it to 200 beds by 2028.

Updated 18 October 2026

When you are considering a home for a move, access to doctors can matter as much as roads and parks. Dubai Hills has a 100-bed hospital with a 24-hour emergency department. For planned appointments, tests and prescriptions, there are family and specialist clinics, dentists, opticians and more than a dozen pharmacies across the mall and residential neighbourhoods.

Within Dubai Hills, beside Al Khail Road at the Marabea' East Exit, stands the tertiary multidisciplinary King's College Hospital London Dubai Hills Hospital. It is an affiliate of London’s King's College Hospital, formed as a joint venture between Al Tayer Group, Dubai Investments and Ashmore Group. King's Park Heights Clinics: endocrinology, physiotherapy and the KIDEO children's centre

Not every health concern requires a trip to hospital. An outpatient centre from the same network, King's Park Heights Clinics, operates at Park Heights Square 2 in the residential area.

The centre brings together doctors treating diabetes and lipid disorders, as well as specialists in endocrinology, obesity treatment and weight-loss programmes. It also houses KIDEO by King's, a specialist children’s centre from the King's Institute of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Obesity.

The clinic has its own laboratory and phlebotomy room. There is also a physiotherapy centre and an in-house pharmacy.

Mediclinic and American Hospital at Dubai Hills Mall: family doctors by the car park and cinema

### American Hospital Dubai: Dubai Hills Clinic

The clinic covers primary care, paediatrics, dermatology, mental health, physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Ultrasound and X-ray facilities are available on site. Its services also include ENT, endocrinology, orthopaedics, pulmonology, sleep medicine and aviation medicine.

Mediclinic Parkview Hospital: 182 rooms on Umm Suqeim Road

For an alternative to the community hospital, Mediclinic Parkview Hospital is a private hospital in Al Barsha South 3. It stands on Umm Suqeim Road in Al Barsha South 3, near the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, E311, interchange and next to Dubai Miracle Garden.

Dental care in the community: from aligners at the mall to root canal treatment in Park Heights 2

In Dubai Hills, you can have dental treatment, implants or orthodontic work done at specialist dental clinics as well as departments within multidisciplinary medical centres. These are the options in the community.

Seven pharmacy chains under one roof at Dubai Hills Mall

Mediclinic and King's Park Heights have their own pharmacies. Dubai Hills Mall is home to seven pharmacy chains.

On the lower ground floor, by the P1 car park and Geant hypermarket, there is a branch of the large Life Pharmacy chain. It sells cosmetics and children's products alongside medicines.

The mall's other pharmacies are mainly on the ground floor:

- Boots Pharmacy. A pharmacy and health and beauty store from the British Boots chain on the ground floor.

- BinSina Pharmacy. A branch of BinSina, the UAE's oldest pharmacy chain, on the ground floor in Shop 300.

- Supercare Pharmacy. A Supercare branch on the ground floor, selling medicines and cosmetics.

- Stay Well Pharmacy. A Stay Well branch, also on the mall's ground floor.

- Nahdi Pharmacy. A branch of the Saudi chain headquartered in Jeddah.

- Medicina Pharmacy. A Medicina branch.

Neighbourhood pharmacies and opticians, from residential towers to eyewear stores

When a trip to a large shopping centre for a packet of tablets feels impractical, the pharmacies on the ground floors of residential buildings come in handy. Dubai Hills has four of them:

- Aster Pharmacy: Dubai Hills Estate. Located in Retail 3 at Sway Residences, next to King's College Hospital.

- Aster Pharmacy: Park Heights. Another Aster branch is at Park Heights Square 1, beside Spinneys Dubai Hills supermarket.

- Nahdi Pharmacy: Park Heights 2. A branch of the Saudi Nahdi chain at Park Heights 2 (Tower 2).

- BinSina Pharmacy: Golf Suites. A BinSina branch on the ground floor of Golf Suites.

For eye care, there are three opticians at Dubai Hills Mall. On the ground floor, Yateem Optician has optometrists on site and offers contact lenses, frames and sunglasses. Elsewhere in the mall are Magrabi Optical, a Middle Eastern chain, and Visique Optometrists, an optometry and optical centre founded by Canadian eye doctors.

Veterinary clinics: where pets are treated in Park Point and nearby Arjan

There is a veterinary clinic in the community, in Park Point. The Hills Veterinary Clinic is in Building B at Park Point.

The clinic offers:

Easy mistakes to avoid

When you move somewhere new, familiar routines do not fall into place straight away. These three simple pointers can save time when you need a doctor in Dubai Hills.

  1. Looking for a dentist at American Hospital's satellite clinic. The American Hospital Dubai branch opposite Emirates NBD in the mall has a wide range of doctors, from paediatricians to aviation medicine specialists, but no dental service. For dental treatment in the same shopping centre, go to Mediclinic Dubai Hills near the Storm Coaster entrance, or down to Dr. Joy Dental Clinic on the lower ground floor (LG001).
  2. Looking for a laboratory or physiotherapy in Park Heights. King's Park Heights Clinics at Park Heights Square 2 has a laboratory, blood-draw room, physiotherapy centre and pharmacy.
  3. Getting lost in Dubai Hills Mall car parks before a doctor's appointment. For Mediclinic or Life Pharmacy, use P1 parking: the Storm Coaster is nearby on the ground floor and Géant hypermarket is on the lower ground floor. American Hospital is by the cinema car park.
